Is it possible to do this?
After clicking on the add widget, loads very very long list of widgets. Can be viewed from any application, only her name and only after clicking to view all of the widgets from the application? (for example zooper widget have 1×1, 1×2, 1×3, 1×4, 2×1, 2x2x2x3, etc).

Yes, this would be good (this is on the TODO list I think). This screen is the default Android one but it has never been improved. I believe most if not all launchers have all implemented their own custom widget picker.
