What you doing, if you need change LL wallpaper? I set from file (Before must change from app or icon pack), or from top menu i select camera or file manager.

And this is proble. Set System wallpaper working different than add LL wallpaper (enable more, for example add picture from camera, from nine patch, etc).
Image picker working for more things (for set icon, background, mask, wallpaper, etc.).

If I could I would ditch the builtin file picker, Josh Gray is right, it isn’t good enough and I don’t intend to improve it, this is not the goal and other file explorer are way better than what I could do.
The system wallaper is a specific thing: it is mostly managed by the android framework and LL doesn’t set it itself. Instead it asks the system “Show the dialog to change the wallaper”, it has also special hooks such as live wallpapers, which cannot be handled by apps (no way to set a LWP programmatically).
