1) If user have opened folder, please enable move shortcut from desktop to opened folder.

Regarding 1 this is technically almost impossible. That’s a caveat in the way Lightning is designed. I don’t say this is impossible but this requires quite a lot of rework. I know that this is something really unintuitive. That’s the same in the opposite direction, plus the problem that folders are always edited fullscreen 🙁
Same for 2, or this should be a two steps process.
When moved out of folders icons are lazily put on the first free position on the grid, starting at 0,0. But yes it would be way better to compute a smarter start position according to the current viewed page. I think I have this on the TODO list, or something related, I don’t recall exactly. Maybe this was something you suggested too.
