If user select properties on item and doing hide side bars, now is closed properties window.

I prefer to not display the properties box unless the user tap on the pencil button, it seems it works best this way for many. The purpose of hiding the side bars is also get more space for moving items. But in this mode it might be possible to display properties in fullscreen only if bars are already hidden and the user select customize properties from the popup menu.
