Amit Patil I’ve started to ask suggestion for the lockscreen. In order to bypass it depending on wifi state or everything else.

    What are your suggestions !

    1) disable pulling notification area until unlock

    2) disable power dialog box until unlocked

    3) more unlock styles

    4) native security like patterns, number lock, etc.

    5) move running apps behind the lock screen and stop any interactions

    6) make lock screen widgets only viewable. Stop interactions with them.

    4) possible with a script

    6) i agree with you. But there is a way :You can add an empty zooper pro widget with no action or even an empty Make Your Clock widget prowith no action (both are paid apps)

    5) what is it ?

    3) all is possible with script here and not only script (gesture, unlock button)

    1) Pierre Hébert I don’t know as it is system

    2) could be inside a custom rom settings (I’ll ask to ROM cooker)

Everything has a work around. But these work arounds are complex from a normal user’s POV.

Pierre Hébert is it possible to set something like “bindings” generating scripts automatically for these kind of settings ?

And an empty layer with Y/N option on all widgets changeable widget by widget ?

Yes, I am aware it is not the answer you were looking for, but Wifi/lockscreen interaction is already built in Android under “Profiles”. I already have it set up in such a way that when on connecting to wifi at home the lock screen gets disabled and re-enabled when I leave (disconnect from the wifi) from home. The way I see it, that way you don’t have to make your Lighting Launcher built any more CPU heavy.
