   I didn’t install the app so I can’t really say but basically animations between activities (desktop and app drawer) cannot be really changed by the user at the moment, except if someone hacks something using http://developer.android.com/reference/android/app/Activity.html#overridePendingTransition(int, int), in the desktop pause event. I am not sure this would work though. And this would be limited anyway.
