Badges – is it possible to add badges for other apps unread notifications ? Telsa unread and Notifyer both do now. I’m thinking mainly Whatsapp.

You could use Tasker to achieve this ( http://www.jagwar.de/show-notification-counts-in-zooper-with-tasker/) just replace the Zooper bits with LL Variables.
Add a text item with bindings to the variable from Tasker.

If it is not resetting to 0 after opening whatsapp. i think you have to copy LLX action from the counter task to the empty task. Cant remember if i made this change before or after i uploaded it. This task also sets a variable for Zooper
