It would be nice, if one could put an existing folder into the sliding folder. So it would be faster to rearrange the desktop.

Do you mean move all apps from a folder into another one, or change an existing folder so that it looks like another sliding folder ?

Moving a hole folder with all apps into the sliding folder or the last you mentioned would be ok too.
Or copy an existing folder and put it into the sliding folder.
