You can add free text with a folder or shortcut then change on tap to lock do nothing. To add an image you do that with widgets. People have posted about them but I dont rember the name of the widget they used off hand.

Yes. I know that you can create a shortcut for the texts, but it seems so awkward to work this way.
About the image I can understand the process to implement the feature can be some work, but the widgets I tried haven’t given me the clean image support that I want. And LL is almost there.

For text I would recommend to use any app, remove the icon and render it non clickable. This is dumb, agreed ! Avoid folders, shortcuts are lighter than folders.
Support for text and image only is on the TODO list, but I have much greater plan than just a single text or image so it will probably take some time.

Desktop VisualizeR is the App for pictures. Haven’t used it much but it will add pictures to folders don’t know if there is something else u can do with it. 🙂

I tried it out the Desktop vis. Not only did it react as a malware when I tried uninstall it but it didn’t fit my needs. It didn’t got too many settings at all.
