There isn’t 1 the closest thing is the alphabet separator script.
Start by looking at the script repository for a script capable of reading and writing JSON files. (for instance one that change the default desktop or lockscreen, or something like that).
Based on this you can modify the file named “state” in the app directory: set the attribute named “layoutMode” with the value 1. This configuration file is taken into account every time the app drawer is launched.
