I have my own fallback: long press back key.
If you really want such a fallback, it should be reachable on desktops also. How about triple tap anywhere goes to settings?

Agreed, I will consider adding something like this.
I forgot about app drawer events: configuring swipe events is a bit problematic because I need to implement “next/previous drawer view” actions but there is a limitation in the launcher: actions are seen everywhere, I cannot display a subset currently. Once this limitation is dropped this will be possible.
