Unfortunately no. At least not completely, or I don’t know how to do that. There was a dirty trick on older Android versions that consisted in hiding the sb as soon as it appeared, but I don’t know if it still works on newer versions.
I remember reading there was a way using an overlay azwell that simply intercepted any events but from what i’ve read even with an overlay newer versions of android will always temporarily show the system bars whenever you swipe up/down on the top/bottom of the screen.
