Hey everyone. I recently bought Lightning Launcher, and refunded it after I realized that, like all other launchers I’ve tried, it probably cannot pull me from Smart Launcher Pro 3. I’ve used Total Launcher, and was able to grasp it pretty easily, even made a bunch of sick setups with the pro version, but my phone is low-end (Alcatel Idol 3 from Cricket) and the visual performance and battery life was not where it needed to be. Therefore…
I feel like I’ve made a mistake by refunding Lightning Launcher. Would I be able to make something like Smart Launcher in Lightning?
I’m also an avid Tasker/AutoApps user, so the learning curve isn’t what’s turning me away. I also heard that Lightning Launcher has a lot of cool plugin actions and full integration with Tasker. Have I made a mistake?
I need help making this decision.

I love Lightning, but I’m not sure it’s right for a low spec phone. I’ll defer if others see it differently though.
Raymond Cool It says it’s designed for every phone from the first Android phones to the latest flagships. Plus, after the first few minutes of use it didn’t really stutter at all.

Raymond Cool I may do that. The fact that it also has a fully customizable lock screen really impressed me. I’m 17 and don’t have much money, so I have to be very careful about my purchases, which is why I’m thinking about it so hard… As long as it doesn’t eat battery on my phone like that one guy was saying, it should be great! Can anyone confirm its compatibility with Tasker/AutoApps?
Raymond Cool Yeeeahhh.. The lock screen and floating desktops alone are worth 4.99 to me. I’m gonna go and impulse buy it back, and force myself to tinker with it for the next few hours tonight and on the 13 hour ride back home tomorrow from my Thanksgiving stay.
