Take a look at the Google+ Exporter – it can export to WordPress or Google Blogger format.
But don’t leave it too long to at least do the export, as the G+ API may stop working reliably very soon.

Yes, I tried it recently and it seems to be the best option at the moment. I would like to make the switch before to export data in order to minimize the number of lost posts, but I don’t think this will be possible.
