Yes, it is very much possible to use multiple devices (most Android phones can do that without any additional software), but it is not possible to use multiple headset devices, unless they both support a third party standard, like Phillips “Music Chain”.
The z3 will let you connect two…but one would control phone and one media. Two headsets can’t control media at the same time…which is basically what I’m needing.

none of the posters clain to connect two headsets at the same time. They are talking about generic BT devices in combination with max. one headset.
