This community is a private one, it has pros and cons. Months ago there were a discussion about creating a public one and leave this(because Google don’t let you change the privacy). At the end we decided to create the public one and start posting there to see how it will behave.
Ideally ‘Lightning launcher users’ is the public one, all the links in the launcher and in the play store links to that. The community for users that only want to ask specific questions, and also to show screens, this way they will be public and you don’t need to join a community to see them.
This one instead was kept as the ‘beta one’, to post bug reports and similar.

But in the end this one is preferred by users, and as you say the other have a bit more than 200 users. Anyway if someone want to ask something and don’t want to ask permission to join this community, they can ask directly in the other one.
