I’m new to Lightning Launcher ( got llx)
So far I love it but the problem I’m having is that the app drawer is quite slow to launch.
I’ve organized all my apps in folders in the launcher. Anything I can do to speed it up?
Currently it’s taking 3 seconds to launch the drawer every time I launch it.
Thanks for any help you can provide.

It’s not the fatest but should do. I just rebooted and it’s faster but I’ve noticed that it eventually slows down again.
Just wondering if anyone else is or has experienced the same thing.

In my eyes the app drawer serves two purposes..
1) Adding apps to the desktop/panels/folders that I use frequently.
2) Accessing apps that I use infrequently.
With this process I very rarely use the app drawer and therefore don’t worry about the loading speed (which is just to check for new apps and new icons)

I recently added 5 folders to my desktop and noticed that the app drawer now takes awhile to open. I didn’t connect the two together, can you report back on whether the folders caused the lag?

Olin James, I have 7 desktop folders, and my app drawer is also organized into (10) folders. I use an old, slow phone and my app drawer loads almost instantly, after the first time.

My phone is an older version as well. I started removing items one at a time and it seems that a widget was the culprit for me.
