Not by script, I guess this is assembly code, injected through an exploit in the launcher code, which itself open a hole in the dalvik runtime, where a faulty bionic open a trap in the kernel and let the user run arbitrary code in any protected mode.
More seriously, this is not bad, although the detail level of the lightning is probably excessive when compared to the simplicity of the circle.
