How do I do that easily?
Create the horizontal panel to my liking. Then make the vertical panel separate on a different screen then drag the panel into the horizontal? It can be very messy doing this on a small 5 inch screen!

You can create the second one directly in the first. But setting up LL is often a bit messy.
