hi, newbie to Lightning here. How can I remove the reflection of the shortcut in the status bar? and how can I remove the black box around the app when I click it? thank you!

Reflection: long tap the item, the pencil to enter edit mode, properties, icon, enable reflection (click to disable)

Black box: long tap the item, the pencil to enter edit mode, properties, box, select content, selected color, choose a transparent color.
