Yeah, actually you can by going to Add, then Shortcuts, Lightning Actions and “Goto Specified desktop & position” which’ll now be an icon that’ll bring you right to your destination.

Go to the page (and/or zoom) that you want…
Add item – shortcut – Lightning Desktop Bookmark.
This creates a shortcut to current position. You can then move the shortcut to whatever page you want.
