nice im wanting to recreate the quick drawer from Action Launcher i know how to code the left side of the drawer but not the right side. I thought about stacking a bunch of buttons vertically each with a letter on this would work but it would mean i have to tap the buttons, im looking for swipe and tap though. I know how to implement gestures but using what i know and what i read i dont know how to get the letter im currently swiping over. Tbh it sounds complicated and messy im sure theres an easier/better way to do it.

* I am not a good programer * but could you have a window within the window (or layer) with the alphabet links confined to the desired width? There are others who will probably have better ideas, but maybe that will give a start?
