I don’t know how it is on the S4, some devices have a split status bar / notification. If you are in this case then Jhonbert Magana is right

    Now that you mention “notification”.

I remember an annoying behaviour of LL statusbar.

When you set your statusbar hidden, There are some event that it doesn’t automatically hide.

-When you press menu (statusbar will show, that’s a feature), Then select “customize Lightning”, then press back.

-When you press menu (statusbar will show) Then Turn off your phone screen, then turn it back on and unlock.

-Press menu (status bar will show), tap an app and press back to launcher.

    Done! Mr.Pierre Hébert.

I checked the TODO list, hmm not that long but they are just uhmm… I don’t how to say it.

but it’s like the user can customize the whole app! not just the Home/launcher. I mean…

    “THEMABLE MENU”? 😀

Yes, the menu is like the nose on the face : this would be a shame to be able to customize your launcher with fine precision but keep the stock menu. After all, the menu is not a small part of the app !

In addition to the theme (colors, font, etc.) what I would like is to let users choose the content of the main menu (add custom entries). Maybe even sub menus…

Ok. So Jhonbert, what I want to do is , when I swipe it down in a blank space of my desktop , i would like to open my notification bar,, What happens now is that by status bar appears, and then I have to swipe it down again to pull down my notification bar,. Just to make it clear My status bar  option under LL is hidden.

I just tried it. It works on mine. I set the “swipe down” gesture to “Show notifications”.

And I experience that weird statusbar behavior again. After swiping down (notification panel shows) then I press back button, the statusbar remain! It didn’t hide automatically. :/

Going to try tomorrow. But I prefer to configure to open my notification panel with a swipe gesture, instead of a shortcut in my desktop

You can assign a shortcut to a gesture: icon and label are discarded but the action is kept for the gesture.
