Can we have a dual function shortcut?

Can we have a dual function shortcut?

Basically, like how assigning an app to a physical button.

*You can set the home button to launch the Google search. And when you press it while inside the app(google search), it will take you back to home.

What I want to achieve is;

I want this pinned item to be a shortcut from page1 to page2 (vice versa). :”)

    You can set it to tap and long tap each with its own function. You can set it to slide or gesture as well.

    I dont think you can have it go back and forth on the function though.

    I guess you could achieve this via tasker.

    Not that easy to define, there are several ways to implement this:

    – Have multiple actions for the same item (complex to configure)

    – Have only one action per item and allow hidding/showing items based on some variable, eg location on the desktop (need more items and dynamic infrastructure, tasked and co)

    – Modify the current behavior of the shortcut so that it comes back to home if already at its target location instead of doing nothing (easy) or maybe the previous location on the desktop (less easier)

    Joost Verwaal   I don’t use tasker.

    Bill Surowiecki  It should be just tap action, that’s why I want a dual function.

    I posted a photo to make myself clearer.

    Exactly like this.

    I can think of a work around for the first two option; Placing a transparent item as shortcut and set the position or move it in front.
