    (Next time use a template, it tries to save and restore widgets data)

    My “device does not support restoring widgets”. So it might actually be your phone.

    That’s the message that LLx displays whenever I restore a template… Even ones I have exported myself. I’m not sure why. Other launchers I’ve used have.

    Widgets have all sorts of limitations, and LLX based ones are no exceptions.



    I get the same issue whenever I have to boot to safe mode then back to normal. I just put it down to widgets being widgets and an occupational hazard…

    This is because flashing a new rom usually clear some data (not always everything, but some of them are nevertheless wiped).


    Main widgets data are kept by the Android system, not in the launcher, so I believe that during the system update those data have been reset.
