For th first time ever with latest update v10.6, I had to go into settings and tick overlap content on navbar and set tint to transparent for expanded desktop to keep working.
Just putting it out there incase someone else runs into th same issue.

Thanks for reporting this. New settings replace the old one and in theory the launcher should seamlessly migrate old ones over new ones, but obviously there is still some issue here (I fixed one already) 🙁 I’ll try to find what went wrong here.
