This should be possible, although when I was using scroll stops I remember being able to still scroll past them. It would just stop the scrolling at that point and wait to see if you want to scroll further. You could also achieve this with a lot of tinkering using multiple desktops.

Edit: worth mentioning if you go the multiple desktop route it will not look like you have shown in the diagram when you zoom out beyond the current page.

I have tried the scroll stops, and still need some help to realize the concept.

Yeah, I just fiddled with mine to see if I could do it with scroll stops and it was a no go. Your best bet would be to break your desired layout into pieces and set up multiple desktops with invisible empty folders as your bottom layer, then set up the gestures for swiping over that invisible item to call upon the desired desktop.

I can help you further by drawing a diagram if you would like.

    Hmmm, thank you..

    I really appreciate it

    ^^

And I hope for simple implementation in the future (with scroll stops or something else)

You could do a feature request for “no-scroll points” or something like that and Pierre Hébert may add it sometime in the future if its technically possible.

Enable “fit to desktop” and disable “snap to pages”. Don’t use “stop points” cause it still scroll a bit and not fully stop there. The trick I’m using is to make a transparent zooper widget as stop points. Since you enable “fit to desktop”. Hope that helps.
