There is a script in the repository http://www.lightninglauncher.com/wiki/doku.php?id=script_repository that may be of use, in the lockscreen section.
Just be aware that Lightning’s lockscreen cannot be made secure to any except the most casual user.
The main reason I wanted unlock to be PIN-secured is to win time against a thief: The Phone locks after some time or after some actions.
In the meantime I found a good way to secure LL against editing:
I hid a Lightning Setting Shortcut somewhere on the second desktop. To improve hiding I can choose another icon or set the icon to transparent. Then I went to Launcher Settings > General > Events and actions > and set:
Long Press and Long tap emty space to “Go to home desktop”
