He means the user menu I think.
It’s under events and actions expert mode might need to be enabled.
I found how to change the color for both the app draw and slide up quick access menu. Now only can’t figure out how to disable or use a different gesture to open the desktop quick access menu. Thanks for your help!

wow I checked that place a million times but it said unset.. now I see user menu lol thanks!!! It was driving me crazy
