Hi, I have set LL to have just one page using stop points and set wipe-right-to-left gesture to display app drawer. While most of the time this works, the launcher crashed two to five times a day while wiping, and I am presented with the message asking me to choose my default homescreen. It is not a big issue but a bit annoying. Running CM11 with a Zooper widget on the home screen. Any way to debug what’s happening? Thanks! 🙂

Grab a logcat, but IIRC I think there’s a dialog that pops up when it crashes asking you to send a report. I haven’t had a crash in a long tym so I don’t no if users can actually view the report to debug it ourselfs or if its auto sent to the dev.

Does anyone else see a pattern here?

It just seems like the seemingly random crashes occur mostly on various builds of a Cyanogen Mod ROM. 😉

I am also experience crashes, also CM 11. No widgets, almost the same setup as the new default setup. I do not notice any pattern.

I meant by pattern that the crashes are random, (although on cm) not by pressing specific app or gesture. 🙂

    Ah, gotcha.

After watching this for a while and storing logcat messages, it seems almost all the time to be caused by an OutOfMemoryError when switching to the App Drawer – the stack trace is there in all the log files. See http://zimmer428.net/zeugs/Log_2015-02-27_09-32-22.txt for details…

It crashes while trying to load images for the screen, inside android classes. Either the app was running out of memory before, or there is a custom theme with some heavy background images ?
