Does anyone know what these two dots are?
They just suddenly appeared one day and only show up when I am on the homescreen.

Those look like page indicators. It’s currently showing that you’re on page 2 of your desktop. You can delete them by first going into edit mode on the desktop, then select the page indicators and delete them.

See that’s what I though they were as well, but I only have one page on that desktop and the dots don’t move even if I am in edit mode and moving the desktop around. They just stay up in that same spot.

What does LL say it is in the pop up if you go into edit mode and select it? Maybe you have a rouge page out there that’s causing it to show two dots.

I can’t select it, it’s behind the statusbar and it won’t move with the desktop.

In edit mode, long press on the desktop and select items, then hierarchy. This will display a list of all items on the desktop, even those that are underneath something else. Page indicator should be one of them.

Next time you can also click the second left button of the bottom edit bar. This will unpin pinned items in edit mode, so it will be moved when scrolling and so you will be able to click it.
