Does anyone know what these two dots are?

They just suddenly appeared one day and only show up when I am on the homescreen.

I’m having trouble doing anything with my app drawer. If I even open it, it force closes or locks up until I reboot my phone.

Does anyone know how to reset just the app drawer?
