Bug: “back” key in panels does not scroll them back to home position.
Bug: “back” key in panels does not scroll them back to home position. Also found that when adding new widgets they have an annoying margin around. Can’t get rid of those, only workaround is to change margins to some negative value per item.
BTW: I still use LL, but had no time for over a year now to do something more complex. For personal use it’s just a simple screen with multiple panels for widgets.
Looks like Jarvis wants a new, more flexible interface.

Any new insights, workarounds or better a solution for folders resumed/isOpen issue?
In b3 when opening folder in RESUMED event flag “isOpen” of folder is true.
Since 12.5b5 my Material Folder script is not working properly anymore.
Also since 12.5b4 some scripts of the Companion template are causing exceptions as reported in that post.

Where can I change the Z-order in the new editor?
Seems like it was a good idea to not use an orange lightning bolt as icon
“Material Folders” script is done!

“Material Folders” script is done!
Download from here: http://goo.gl/S1Scji
Easiest way to use?
– Download and install APK
– “Load script” to install the scripts
– Run “Create” script on desktop to create, configure and event-wire the folder
– Done!
This way makes it simple to also update scripts when I post updates.
Long-tap on folder icon to change color or open effect settings (choose effect, change speed, smoothness and more).
Icon is font-based, change it by editing the folder item’s label. Will be synced automatically to icon in folder’s header. I quickly put together a simple font “Material Folder Icons” with icomoon to get you started. See cheatsheet for icon’s letters.
Enjoy!
EDIT: When looking at the scripts, be prepared (in Settings and ColorPicker) to see LOTS of Android/Java objects being used. Made me eager to probably try to developing Android apps.
]]>Has distributing scripts as APKs been discontinued?
I just created an APK from Pierre Hébert ‘s template, installed it, but neither does it show in app drawer nor is the a button in Script Editor to load from APK. How am I supposed to load a script from an APK? There’s only “Import” which requires the Script Importer tool and uses the wiki.
