Bug: “back” key in panels does not scroll them back to home position.

Bug: “back” key in panels does not scroll them back to home position. Also found that when adding new widgets they have an annoying margin around. Can’t get rid of those, only workaround is to change margins to some negative value per item.

BTW: I still use LL, but had no time for over a year now to do something more complex. For personal use it’s just a simple screen with multiple panels for widgets.

  1. I’m not sure those are considered bugs as such.

I always use TrianguloY multi-container bookmark script to set all containers back to home position.

Apparently, the margins for widgets are built-in to the widget (or Android?). That’s the very reason that the negative values were enabled.

  2. Darko Krljar says:

For kwgt widgets I use -15

  3. I’m using negative margin values too.

  4. I think I saw the back behavior issue too but I didn’t take the time to analyze it. It’s not in all situations, not in basic ones at least.

  5. Humm…., actually there are very basic situations where it does not work 🙁

  6. I think it’s been a REALLY long time like that… Maybe even always??

  7. It depends on whether you were using the beta. I believe I broke it early in the alpha/beta but since the app remained in test mode for a long time, its logical that you forgot about it.
