Hello everyone!
Hello everyone! I’m a new user and have a question. Is there a way to select more than just one item at a time in edit mode? So that some items can share same properties. Or just to move more items around in one action. Thanks

No, you cannot select more than one. But in edit mode you can select item, where you have done settings and doing copy style. After, you can paste this style to other items.
Or… If you select no item at all, you are editing the properties for all items in that container, whether it be the desktop, a folder or a panel
Copy Paste takes too long if you are just testing something. Desktop icons makes sense but only if you want all icons with the same style, but if you want distinct 2 different styles, for the other half of icons it wont work. You can do it. but it takes more time than I would want to spend. I must say that this is quite dissappointing. With all the immaginable and inimmaginable things you can do with this launcher, it’s really weird the developer didn’t allow this. Even iOs has it 😀
Oh well, what can you do… You go on living…;)
What you say is correct.
But if you just want to test, it’s simple enough to make a new desktop/folder/panel to do just that.
Danbar’s suggestion of copying to a style is actually very quick, if you don’t want to edit per container.
Save your initial item to a style, and load that style for each succeeding item.
You could create panels on the desktop for each half of the icons.
Also clicking on the desktop, add item, add app, and then long press on the app. This will allow you quickly add into the containers.
Great advice. I’m getting used to the infinite options. I understand now why every single review praised this launcher but also why they talked about a learning curve and getting frustrated now and then. But in the end you really can do whatever you could possibly imagine
