   Uh…. hmmm, I didn’t know about it (maybe its possible with basic dynamic text or script), but I think dynamic text can’t have an icon (except you have font pack with customized picture inside it) so you have to place the dynamic text together with custom icon. If you want some notification besides the ones provided by dynamic text you “maybe” can get them with scripts.

   Abednego JS dynamic text can have a background image and under the “+” tab you can set “tap” to launch an app under gestures. But honestly, Jinx x​’s suggestion is probably the easiest. That’s what I do as well.
