I’m a beginner at Lightning Launcher, so apologies in advance for what may well be something obvious.  I’m trying to get app icons in a folder to roll over to a new line when there’s more than the specified number of columns, but I can’t figure out what setting this is.  I have it working on one folder, but can’t isolate the difference between this folder and others where they are extending off screen.  Any help will be appreciated!

I have tried copying the style from the successful folder to the others, but this hasn’t worked.

This maybe is not what you are expecting, but can’t you move them to the exact position?

That feature you mention is in miscellaneous, rearrange items. To do it manually long click the folder background, items, compact/sort.

Thanks, it wasn’t what I was expecting, but it certainly worked!  I’m still learning what elements are copied when you use the “copy style” function.

You mean the customize item, copy style?

That will copy the item style, not the folder style 😉

To copy the folder (as container) style you need to go to the folder (as container) settings, and save the style. Then just restore it in the other folders (as containers).

Remember, an item is not the same as the container, just the opener :)

Understanding that helps a lot!  I appreciate it.
