I was able to create 2 folders and pop apps into them, but I don’t know how to enlarge the folder icons.
Any help tips, great icon packs and so on would be greatly appreciated.

Long tap on an empty space to show the menu and anter edit mode (pencil icon), tap on the “brush” icon in the bottom bar, navigate to the “icon” tab, you will find an icon scale option. If you select an item you will have the same options, but they will apply to the selected item only.
