Its weird because when i tested this earlier on after reading his comment the wallpaper was moving in LL but not in nova. I tested it again to make this video^ to show you what he ment. but as you can see now the wallpapers not moving in LL or Nova so its somehow fixed itself.

Nova Launcher work correctly with this Live Wallpaper. Nova does not scroll it on every swipe if I have just one screen
As I could understand it will be fixed in the next LL beta version?

This isn’t a bug in LL it can’t be because in the very beginning of the video I’m using Nova Launcher and I show you that even though wallpaper scrolling is turned off in novas settings the wallpaper still moves when I swipe the screen. It’s only after I enable scrolling then disable it and go back to LL that the wallpaper stops moving.
I’m using 1 screen on both launchers btw.

Issue back on restart. So after every restart need to run Nova to set Wallpaper scrolling to None.
Is it possible to fix LL setting? To do not install Nova just for this setting?
