First – I think there is no better tutorial than LL gives itself ATM.
Second – if you have the time read trough everything in the wiki, especially FAQ

I was actually just digging into the wiki. I always appreciate the insight from veteran users when it comes to this sort of information…they’ve been around the block and their experience helps to sift through everything.
