The launcher got stuck when I executed a script setting the eventhandler “resumed” of the current desktop. It should have been something like “x.resumed” I think, but I didn’t know which letter to put there, so i tried without. The launcher keeps crashing and I can’t use it anymore :(. Restarting my phone didn’t fix the problem. I could clear lightning launchers memory, but I haven’t backed up in a while, so if is there is a way to change the desktop it starts on or to backup without having to start the app that would be great. I have already send the but report btw.

Yeah I’ve ran into this its easy to fix but you need another launcher installed open it open script editor and undo your changes now llx works again.

But how would I run the script from the script editor? The change to the container eventhandler is already made right?

We cant run scripts from the script editor as far as i know anyway, i was just telling you a way to undo what you did so the launcher will stop crashing.

Ah I got it. What you said worked because the script automatically runs when you launch. I thought something went wrong with the setting the script to run on resumed. Thanks a lot for your help!

Pierre Hébert how about turning scripts off automatically on a script-related crash?

Lukas Morawietz seems like a good idea to me

Crashes are… crashes. They are unexpected errors and not necessarily in the context of a script, even if a script may be at the origin of the error. And LL doesn’t need scripts to crash 😉 I am afraid the only thing to do is to fix bugs. I don’t wish to implement a safe mode, otherwise I will have to implement a blue screen too, lol.
