Hi, i have a question, i`ve put some zw widgets in a panel into a folder, but those widget cant refresh (time, weather conditions, etc.) is a bug or i can forget to set anything ?

That’s a bug but unfortunately I am not able to provide a workaround. One possible reason is that there are too many widgets (or too complex widget) to refresh.
