Having trouble with folders since latest update.
Having trouble with folders since latest update. Can’t drag into folder. When I try the app sits on top. Also if get apps into folder from long press the folder is no longer showing grid lines or the contents of folder. Any help with this is welcome as I am trying to set up new phone but similar problem on my old one

You need to wait some time ( 1 second approx) with the item above the folder. You’ll see that the item will become transparent to show that you can release the item.
If the folder is not showing the items inside, go to the folder’s item properties (long press the icon, customize, more, icon) and set the folder icon style to another one.

i still having problems adding widgets to a folder. icons are no problem with the new 1sec waiting feature but when items are bigger than 1×1 they wont move into the folder

Thanks. I was going to make a question or bug report about this also. Maybe I have missed to read something when the update has come. I can guess the reason for this 1 second waiting feature. I’d rather had just some global “lock” in the LL settings, which wouldn’t allow any (accidental) drags or modifications to the desktop unless the lock is removed. The lock would also autolock itself back when the screen is blanked next time.
