I can no longer open the app drawer without getting a “Lightning launcher as stopped” message and then the launcher unsets itself as the default.

Kill the launcher.
Add shortcut lightning action kill app

Nope, killing it and then going back to the app drawer just causes the same issue.

Go to settings – app drawer – reset this container. I’m afraid you’ll have to redo your setup then

< ![CDATA[
If you can make a backup and send it to me before to reset the app drawer, then maybe I could see what is wrong and fix it.

Well it worked. Pierre Hébert I didn’t notice your post but I have a titanium backup of it I can send you.

Same problem here. But once I changed the theme it is working fine now.

hum… message from docs.google.com:

🙁
Would you have another download link (possibly send it to me by email pierrox@pierrox.net)?

Yes the problem was the app drawer. I changed something in there and then it crashed. Now reverting it to default has solved the problem for me.

Ok so I updated. Now app drawer does open but it hangs up and gives the not responding error. Any ideas?

Menu/refresh

Its not functional for me to even go in the menu/refresh. Just hangs up and asks to close or wait. Have waited for 3 messages time. I have tried to remove icon pack and reverting thing to default. Still no luck. Btw I am on nexus4 android ver 4.4.4.

I think there are two different issues here. I didn’t have the time to have a look at the crash experienced by Kaiden Clovis, sorry.
The issue of Muhammad Azfar Saleem is a different, I would rather think at some overflow or out of memory. Do you know the number of installed apps? Also did you change the icon scale ? Maybe try to enabled the “Minimize memory usage” option in the general category, or to reduce the icon scale in items settings.

Pierre Hébert Seems like the problem was more complicated then that. Yes I have a lot of apps but the appdrawer is working on other themes and template except this one that I started making from scratch. I even changed to default layout and other layouts for the appdrawer but it didn’t budge.
Though now its working on the compact small layout.
thanks though.
