When you are editing the placement of a folder, if you use ‘custom’ in alignment (I’m testing with vertical),

The bigger the custom top value is, the smaller the folder height become (even if you add it manually, because the folder will be ok, but not the icons). I think the value is computer with the available space under the folder, not with the total screen space…but difficult to guess.

I can post screenshots if necessary.
