When I change the system language after a fresh installation of LL, the drawer entries keep their lables. After wiping my phone, the language jumped back to German. I installed LL and switched to English afterwards. Now “Messages” is still “Nachrichten” etc. Refresh didn’t solve this, I guess it’s a bug.

Hum, not really: refresh will attempt to fill missing things and update links but it will not overwrite existing data. Try the “Reset current desktop” option in the app drawer settings instead.
