I was forced to do a factoryreset.

I was forced to do a factoryreset. I made a backup with My backup pro. My phone is rooted so all my my settings were restored, but after I restored Lightning launcher Ex won’t even open “force close”. Please I have put a lot of work into my homescreen. I changed from Lightning launcher to Lightning launcher EX a couple of days ago.

Could you send me the log please ?

I am wondering : do you get the standard Android force close dialog, or does LL ask to you to select a way to send the log ?

Hi I can not send a log, because when I shall choose my launcher I just get a message “Lightning launcher Ex has been stopped”. It is impossible to open. Maybe I can send a logfile finding it via Solid explorer?

Then it means that the app is not started (crash before to enter in the application code). Either the app installation is corrupted, or there is a mismatch with user ids. There is no log file (because it is only in memory) but you can retrieve it using a log collector app or using adb with a PC.

You solved it. I had forgotten that I had bought Lightning Launcher Ex via my second google-account which I had forgotten to sync after restoring. It works now! You are great and really worth all creds!
