Same here, LG Optimus G. The default security must take over. Probably a UI issue since these are not pure Android.

Same on the GT-I9505. Took me some time to notice, because it seems that I almost always press the power button =D

I bet that if you disable the LL lock screen, let the phone go to sleep and press the power button again after 2 or 3 seconds, the phone won’t be locked neither, am I right ?

You are sir. 3 seconds is about the max though. If you wait longer it will be locked.

Thanks, I don’t know why the device is not locked immediately but in this current version LL checks whether the android lock screen is active : if it isn’t, LL does not lock neither, and this explains the problem. I will remove this check anyway in the next version ,so that it will lock as soon as the screen is off.

Another thing that happens to me: when I set the lockscreen and then press the home button, lock and unlock, I usually see the default lockscreen, then the LL lockscreen and then I’m returned to the settings. To get rid of this I have to back my way out of the settings.

Also when I’ve disabled it and the screen times out then it won’t lock when waken up after 2 seconds.

And with the latest beta I’m constantly getting a crash when entering the LL settings.

Yes there is something in the navigation that I don’t understand. It doesn’t always appear on my device but I confirm that sometimes it goes back to another screen, even if it has been explicitly closed before.

Did you sent me the log ? The last one I received is still an out of memory error. I think that your full screen widgets are eating too much memory, could you try to reduce one of them (in particular the memo one)

Any way to send a log without a crash? I haven’t had any crashes right after this behaviour.

Just noticed a pattern in the behaviour:

set the lock screen, press home, lock, unlock….the stock lockscreen appears, if I unlock that, the desktop is shown for a few moments, then the LL locksrceen appears, for a few moments and after that the “select or disable lockscreen” window is shown. If I wait for the LL lockscreen to jump up instead of unlocking the stock lockscreen, then the desktop is shown and that’s it.

Also after the screen dims out by itself and I wake the device up right after the screen turns off, the lockscreen settings windows can be seen for a moment, then the LL lockscreen comes up and after that the lockscreen settings jumps on top of it. Waited after unlocking, the stock was shown, nothing else, next time I unlocked, again wited a bit, the LL lockscreen was shown and unlocking led to the desktop. If I unlock the stock lockscreen even after the previous unlcoking led me to the desktop, it once agains shows me the lockscreen settings.

Sorry for hijacking the post Craig L  =D

No, this is something that I need to troubleshoot with other tools, the log is only a snapshot whereas this problem is more “dynamic”

Okay. What can I do? Descriptions of how and when it happens? A video?

Name it and I’ll try to make it happen =D
