bug (beta 15). I have set in: panel settings/scroll and zoom option: pinch to zoom in or out (to yes). But in normal panel mode i cannot doing zooming in/out (only double tap zooming).

You can’t.
The zoom gesture is always ‘eaten’ and performed in the desktop. You simply can’t. Sorry.
