normal android system wallpaper.
Because I have only android 4.2.1, my status bar is in LL only black (in different launcher i have transparent). But I use Xposed installer (and his modul: tinted module status bar), i have transparent status bar in LL (on desktops and app drawer). That’s all right.

LL wallpaper for current desktop.
I set in current desktop/wallpaper/color not opaq and not transparent red. In this case, i have problem with status bar. Statur bar not have red color as desktop.
For user android 4.4 is in LL settings/current desktop?/miscellaneous option for settings transparent status bar. I dont have (i use 4.2.1).
Same problem i have in landcape layouts.
Is there a way to solve this error for users with lower versions of android?

This is a known limitation that cannot be easily overcome. Fully transparent and fully opaque colors will work as expected, but not transparent colors, unless you have transparent bars and overlapping options checked.
